Terrible service. After waiting for 1 an hour to open an account they told me that I was missing one of his id and i told her that I brought what I used to open mine. right away I went to another branch and I did not have any issues.. Princess did not help me with anything, she also doubted about my schedule appointment and I showed her and she said that it wasn’t on her system.

Came in to make a deposit in the middle of the day and was told they are at lunch and to come back in 30 minutes. Thanks, but no thanks. I'll take that 30 minutes to go to another bank that appreciates my time and business.

If you're a client client and they're open you have a good chance. Their notary may have the day off but these days the only way to find out is to stop by since trying to call a branch is close to impossible.
