I WILL NOT COME BACK. I did my exams and glasses here for 2 or 3 years, but this August I went back to get new prescription glasses and sunglasses and I was very poorly attended by the woman who was in a very bad mood that day, I felt like I was asking for a favor. Well, I went out and found ZOOM OPTICS in Deerfield I was super well attended and I was able to buy my glasses and I received them all in the same week. Mari does everything for you to leave there super satisfied. HERE ARE THE TWO PAIRS OF NEW GLASSES FROM ZOOM OPTICS, LOVE IT. In case you want great advice for today, look elsewhere. they never called me to tell me that I had to renew my eye exams and I was treated very poorly by the receptionist or whatever. if I can indicate something super super it will be the ZOOM OPTICAL in Deerfield.

I have been wearing my glasses from 20/20 for over a month and am very satisfied. The prescription from Dr Horowitz was on the mark and I was able to wear them comfortably from day 1. Both Luigis (father and son) were very friendly and helpful (as was the lady who helped me select the frame, forgot her name). I had priced similar frames at a big name mall store and the price for my frames - designer, progressives with transitions and coatings - was not more expensive that the mall. This surprised me because I am sure that I will get more personalized service here that at a chain store. Also - they had a large selection of nice frames. Highly recommend!!!
