My family and I have been treated by Dr. Li and his wonderful staff since 2003. We have never had anything but the best experience from Omni medical center. Even as recently as this weekend when there was a mix up at a local hospital which could have been life threatening, Dr. Li personally took charge and remediated the situation. I honestly can not say enough good things about these folks! Long story short! If you want great medical care, go see Dr. Li and his amazing staff at either Omni medical center Plano or Richardson. Oh my, not for me. I am sorry to hear this you might want to talk to them about this. We have been with them for years and we have always had good service.
