I'm gonna be honest... I've gone to Irelands on and off for years. I recently went in there for them to get my hair back to blonde (it turned a little green after being purple for a year). I wanted a balayage but the stylist seemed hesitant because of the green tones in my hair, so she offered to try to get the green out and then reschedule for the balayage, which I was fine with. I told them before my appointment that it had turned green after I used developer to strip the purple from my hair. I was then told that they were going to do a malibu color correcting treatment on my hair, which I'm familiar with, so I was okay with it. However, when they were applying the treatment to my hair, I found out they were using developer again! Again, this was after I already told them that that was what caused the green in the first place! They charged me $80 for a service I did myself initally for $5. They wanted me to schedule more and more appointments to get the green out, it would probably cost me $400 all together just for them to put developer and toner in my hair! I left with my hair green, blonde, and pink because of the toner they used (which didn't work anyways). And they didn't cut my hair either because there wasn't enough time! I figured if you were gonna mess my hair up that much, you could at least cut it! Now I'm getting ready to go on vacation soon and I have to fix this myself. I'm disappointed because I've always enjoyed my experience here, but I probably won't be returning to this salon because of this experience.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO HERE!! The woman is extremely rude and did not do what I wanted then they fell out in 2 days with horrible pain! Told me a different time when I went to to get them redone so didn’t get that! Also no refund. Worse experience I’ve had in a while. Only care about the tip, which I didn’t give cause they were messed up. Lost my service hope y’all save ur money or spend it on somewhere that’s worth it!

Always love how my hair looks & feels after coming here! I’m awful about booking haircuts far ahead so I am usually with a different stylist each time, and they are all professional and well-trained. Today I was with Olivia and she did a great job!!!

I am confident that they could provide you with a service to "loosen curl" but ultimately they would need to do a consult to assess the condition of the hair and discuss the desired result before committing to a particular service. I can say that they will have the knowledge of the best and available methods to smooth, straighten, or relax or even enhance curly hair. They are educated professionals so I would feel comfortable booking :)

The Salt Glow Treatment is a salt scrub applied to the body. After it is applied, you rinse off in a shower and the a moisturizer is massaged into the skin. Exfoliating with a salt scrub not only removes dead skin cells and increases circulation, but it also encourages regeneration. Sloughing away dead skin cells actually promotes the growth of healthy new cells. This regeneration process tightens the skin, giving it a firmer and younger-looking appearance. Skin regeneration also reduces skin discoloration, evening out skin tone and improving texture. The mud wrap service is done slightly different depending on the person applying it. Generally, a clean mud is applied to the body and a few layers of blankets and plastic are wrapped around you to reflect your own body's heat to activate the properties of the mud. After laying in a peaceful environment for about 10-20 minutes, you will shower off the mud and then someone will apply a moisturizer to the skin. Its very relaxing.
