Come as you are. I washed and colored mine the night before, but after I got there I saw they where washing and blow drying other clients.
Would suggest you go in and ask so she doesn't bait and switch you over the phone or Internet. For my service, she raised the quoted price same day and then later changed it when I asked to pay. No indication it would cost more while I was in the chair.
