I went in and a sign stated that I had to use the kiosk to order due to low staffing. I place my order and am waiting for my food. I get back to my office and there are no hot sauce packets (it asked how many when I ordered) and my burrito supreme was more like a bean burrito with sour cream. No meat or veggies. Very disappointing. I will not be returning.

I drive up and the guy running the window mumbled so bad, and I tried 3 times to give a order- ...I called and the lady that answered said "just fill out the survey on the back of your receipt" ...hows that when I couldn't even order a dam thing?? Such a joke, this location is always a last resort anyways.

I loved going here for the food but the last few times I've been you guys give me the wrong items , For example: I ordered a toasted cheddar chalupa and you guys gave me a regular chalupa. I know you guys don't like your job but please for the other customers sake do it right.

I ordered lunch back in April and this is what I received for a 3 doritos locos combos. Would you eat that?? I emailed corporate for a refund and I got nothing. Moreover, I didn't eat lunch that day and I never got my money back. I no longer eat at Taco Bell because this is the type of service I expect. Nothing. At this point, I don't want a refund or a new order. I understand Taco Bell is a franchise and different locations operate differently. My review is that if you go there and order the doritos locos combos, it may not be edible especially during lunch time. Ask for utensils and good luck!
