I checked in before appointment and they will load you early if not busy and product is ready. Listen carefully to loading instructions. No overnight parking.

It's changed since I hired on shoving salt mainly in common labor but most likely you will start training on a job and you will make the pay grade for that job same thing in the mine apply on line then interview and if your lucky enough to get hired you have background check physical and drug test.
Not sure exactly what common labor pays somewhere around 20.00. Hours vary quite a bit it is a 24hr operation. And they have swing shifts also. It's mostly Monday thur Friday with some exceptions.
