I am confident that they could provide you with a service to "loosen curl" but ultimately they would need to do a consult to assess the condition of the hair and discuss the desired result before committing to a particular service. I can say that they will have the knowledge of the best and available methods to smooth, straighten, or relax or even enhance curly hair. They are educated professionals so I would feel comfortable booking :)
I don't know if anyone there reverses a perm. You would have to call and ask. This was my first time going there and it was for bridal services. They didn't disappoint though.
