I visited about a month ago and bought a couch. I’m really happy with it and two of the sales associates I spoke with, including one who was new, were wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, etc. However one (I assume was a manager) was rude and short with me. I asked about the process for buying furniture in case it didn’t fit in my vehicle. She was just condescending while explaining the process. I understand she probably gets a thousand stupid questions a day but a little politeness could have gone a long way.
