Amanda and maintenance guy are absolutely amazing. Amanda made the move in process and paperwork very easy. Complex is quiet and well kept. One of the best places I've ever rented.

Worst apartment ever, very dirty and nasty place to live . All the bugs in keep coming inside the house . I even had lizard once inside my apartment. They told me they’ll come spray for 3 times so there’s no more bugs in my apartment, but then they keep coming after the 3 rd time spraying. I told them I don’t want you guys to come anymore because you guys are putting my health at risk spraying every week. But they don’t care about what you say. The management keep putting the keys and come inside your apartment without your permission for no reason. We didn’t need nothing to be fixed or done and I keep telling them but they’re keep saying you signed a paper and signed contract so whenever we want we can keep come inside your home !!!!!! This place is not safe or clean ,the management is really bad. The parking entry gate is broken every day . You can’t even get into your home . The laundry machines burned my clothes!!!! And more problems. Don’t rent this place

Do not rent in here , such a big mistake. They will keep you in the dark and not telling you what issues and problems you will have, they want you to just get into the contract and sign and after if you complain or want to terminate the lease, there is absolutely no one out there, only the lady in office, i told them that my apartment has so many bugs and roaches and we were getting bitten but they just keep spraying and then we got allergies to whatever they were spraying and the bugs and roaches were still there ,so i had to terminate the lease and look for another place after 4 months and paid a lot of unnecessary fees and early termination fees and two months rents .

Went here about 1 bedroom. Very very small 1 bedroom. Maybe 550sq foot. They tried some updates. Very expensive. Assicate was rude.

Hi Janet, the 1 bedroom is $925 a month, you have to make 3 times the rent as income, a minimum of 6 months rental history, a minimum of 6 consecutive months of employment, no evictions or judgments in the past 6 years, and good credit score. Hi Cathy, The loft apts are currently $825 and the one bedrooms are $875 - $925 on a 12 month lease. The one bedrooms vary based on whether the apt home has a washer/dryer. Would you like to schedule a self guided tour? We will be open Monday -Friday 9 am - 6 pm. What day and time would be convenient for you?
