Trust me .. it’s pretty. You will definitely regret living here Unless they change the management nd the leasing office people including the manager … their are days when you will cry out of frustration nd even curse them out . They don’t care lol they just want to get paid.

Could be such an amazing and beautiful complex but they let the place go. It's always nasty/ smells/ things broken. Pool is always green, trash everywhere, pee stains all in the hallways and elevators. Maintenance orders take months to be even acknowledged. The complex restrooms don't even lock and there's never any toilet paper in them so don't bother using them. The garage doors are a joke. They are motion activated and will open to literally anyone so not safe at all. The complex failed to put enough parking spaces for the residents so there's never any parking which is so unfair and ridiculous. We're forced to pay for parking at another lot nearby or hope there's a free space somewhere where we won't be towed which there never is. There are a million things I could list. Rent is so expensive and would be understandable if the amenities actually worked and the place actually cared and were fair to their residents. Do not sign here.

This is the best luxury student housing apartments I have ever been to! Rooftop Pool and 24/7 Gym! Close to campus. I took a tour of the building and the leasing agent was very knowledgable and could answer all my questions. 5-Star Building and 5-star service!

*UPDATE* I’ve been here for a year. Cons -Overpriced and small rooms. -Hallways have a bunch of stains on the carpet, can smell at times. -Pool entry is barely handicap accessible to get in. The lock is on TOP of the pool gate door, so for someone in a wheelchair or at a lower level, it is hard to get a hand on the lock. Pros -Young crowd -Morgan is a phenomenal manager! -Amenities are nice, when clean. -Cleanliness 4/10
