We run a credit and background check. It really depends on what the bad credit is for, how long ago, and the amount of bad debit. You definitely can not have any apartment debt.
Yes, we have a on-site laundry room. Also, our floorplans have either stackable washer/dryer connections or full size washer/dryer connections. For a monthly fee of $40 you can have a washer/dryer in the unit.

We review your credit history looking for anything related to leasing an apartment, rental history, phone bills, electric bills, water, etc. If you have been sent to collections or have related problems with anything doing with leasing you will not qualify.
