Had a vehicle broken into (NOT on the property) and a set of keys was stolen. The next morning, on a FRIDAY, Ms. Monique sent the guy out to change the locks so I'd feel safe. Appreciation is too small of a word.

My wife and I moved here about 4 months ago due to the crazy rent prices in Dallas and the amazing amount of square footage we could get for the price here at FC. We also love having two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fireplace for $400 less a month than our old 1 bedroom!! BUT I am writing this review because of the team that runs and maintains this location. When I tell you that they are courteous, quick and professional every single time I need something, I mean it. I moved from a “luxury” apartment and feel as though this is much more five star communication and service than I ever received in the 4 years we lived in the other apartment. Dominque, the manager on site is positive, professional and always on top of everything. We love it here!

Do not live here while the area is nice.The apartments are nice but Dominque McSween is absolutely awful.Even if you clean your unit you will not get your deposit back.They charge extra fees for everything.Management wrote me and said that they will charge me 50$ if my toilet gets clogged again which was absolutely not my fault that the plumbing in my unit sucked!! Maintenance even stole my laptop.Just move somewhere else!!

I honestly do not recommend living here at all. So many tenants that are currently living there have also had a lot of problems with management and hate it there but are stuck living there until their lease is up. There was back to back electrical fires, some of the fire alarms in the apartments didn’t even work. Maintenance would take a long time to fix things and even then it wouldn’t even get fixed right. If you’re moving out don’t even waste your time cleaning up the apartment because they will still charge you a cleaning fee and take it out of your deposit anyways. I could go on and on about everything that made it so difficult living there. The apartments look nice but I promise you it is not worth living there and dealing with management. If I could leave 0 stars for my whole experience living here, I would.
