Really needed my medication, however the pharmacy isn't open 24 hours a day anymore..what do people do now if they really need a prescription late at night if they went to urgent care? Kind of dumb (I know it's not walgreens fault) that this is the ONLY 24 hour pharmacy in the HD. Well not anymore I guess as of February 23rd or something according to a store employee :/

They always conveniently lose my medication when I come to pick it up after I get the notification that it’s ready. They like to spark up conversations and have people waiting in line literally 45 mins to an hour. I have places to be. Hurry it up. Not only that, I have had an issue with Katherine pretty much every time I go. She is always so rude and she needs to get fired. She does not know how to speak to customers. Finally switched over to a different pharmacy where I’m ACTUALLY treated with respect.

Went in for a scheduled vaccine and pharmacy experience was bad, waiting in line is something we all have to do I get it, but after waiting a long time the tech (Katherine) calls a person from the back of the line by name cause she knows them, helps them, then sparks a conversation isn't right. When I brought it up to her she became irate and claimed I had no appointment, after showing her my email confirmation she went ahead and gave me the paperwork and says" you're welcome " sarcastically and aggressively, like a little kid. She purposely left my paperwork aside for a long time and helped others ignoring to help me. After speaking to the pharmacist is when they finally worked on it. I also let the pharmacist know how I was treated and how I went in on my lunch break cause past experiences for scheduled vaccines were fast, she went on to say that I should have planned for 20_30 minutes, ok then but it took 45 minutes when I was the only one there for a vaccine. People don't have time for games.

This place don’t need to open 24 hours. Because they can’t handle it. One staff will tell you they have the prescription and have me call back 2 hours later to see if is ready. But when I call back a different staff told me there is no prescription. What a joke. Call back again to talk to the manager and they just put me on hold forever waiting for me to hang up. Never will come back again. So unprofessional.

They sux had problems with them for over a year
Yes. There is a huge metal bin at the pharmacy where you can dispose of your old/expired meds (no liquids or needles)
Yes. No needles those have to be done thru the fire station. They have a list at the pharmacy they can provide you where else they can accept needles.
If your insurance in contracted with Walgreens it's usually free (0 copay) all depending on your insurance otherwise it's upto your insurance company of the cost.
