They don't care about the reviews because they are still screwing people over people don't know where to report them and they think they could do whatever the duck they want but I know where to report them

No one ever answers the phone, I call at different times on different days and no one ever answers. I'll sit on hold for 10 minutes each time, so it's not like they just stepped away from the desk for a moment or anything like that. When I go in person the front counter staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They dont even seem like they want to be there let alone be there to help a customer. The Hesperia Water District and the Hesperia Post Office must be in competition for who can be the least helpful.

To the over night phone worker who hung up on me Get a new job! I didnt know this number did not have a automated service like trash, light and gas do So she asked if I had a emergency and that cought me off guard, I said I didnt just had a question and she says I have to call back during business hours as I asked for the opening time she hung up. Your here for emergencies? Thank God I didnt have a emergency if that's how you act on an accident
