Lost my respect for them. They aren't here to serve & protect. They victim blame you when you need their help. I won't be calling them again. It's a shame to call you our local police department.

All the way around, exceptional! The dispatch officer, the police officers, and the clerks at the station, they ALL were extremely kind, helpful and professional! Hesperia PD, my family and I are beyond grateful for you all!!! Thank you for all of your hardwork and dedication!

The officers I've dealt with have been awesome for the most part. The reason for my bad rating is because most of them drive like they're blind. I've had to swerve to miss being hit by a couple of them. Also, I lived off of 7th and every single time a patrol car would be approaching main street via 7th going southbound, they flip their lights so they can get through the light. Even if they just going to the Chevron on main and 7th. Need to take patrol cars and give bicycles.

The dispatchers don’t do their job well. They don’t listen to what’s being reported. Instead they say don’t argue with me, when no one is trying to argue but report a crime. Very poor skills and professionalism. The police department doesn’t investigate well when a witness hears something going on that’s not right. Abusive parents intimidate their children to say everything is “ok”.And in the eyes of a social worker, everything seems ok and there’s no abuse just a “disability”. I’m a witness of what’s going on. And this police department is a complete joke! Oh and people don’t seem to have the right to remain anonymous when reporting a crime.
