My insurance suggested I use this auto repair shop and I am very satisfied with them. Courteous staff and prompt service. They repaired my car earlier than expected which was great. It was washed, vacuumed and returned to me better than I left it. I highly recommend Fix Auto Fresno Body Works South.

Took my Lexus for a estimate for body repairs…I was emailed the estimate by their estimator-Mario Mercado. I questioned why the front grill which had 4 cracks on right side of gri. and 2 cracks on left side of grill was not included in the estimate or repairs. He said that he did not believe that there was any “damage” to the grill. I questioned his opinion and asked if lexus makes grills that are not aesthetically matching now. He said that’s not damage to the cover. I insisted that the cracks were no there before and asked again why would a luxury vehicle maker make such a mistake in the design of their grills. He asked if I wanted to set up an appointment to begin repairs. I told him I’d have to talk to my insurance claim agent and call him back and hung up. I called back the next day to set up an appointment. Their secretary put me on hold and came back (clearly after talking with the estimator-Mario) to tell me their next available appointment wouldn’t be till mid November…today is September 21st. Secretary (jordan)recommended I contact my insurance company and see if I can find another shop with an earlier repair date that suits me. I did as she recommended but I instead decided to go with them and called back and tried to set up an appointment. Jordan puts me on hold again and this time she tells me that after talking with their estimator Mario they don’t want to work on my car and asked me to find a different company. Secretary was polite and courteous. Mario took offense to me second guessing his expertise. He must be right since he is the “expert”.
