I had a very strange experience with this company. The customer service was fantastic at first, but the product ( masks) I ordered were complete JUNK. They were not as described, they were flimsy and the edges were frayed. They were supposed to be gifts for my team at work, but I would have been embarrassed and humiliated if I gave them out. I will give credit where credit is due, they were beautiful, but just cheaply made and didn't fit. I deserve a refund which I will get, trust me. The masks did not fit me or my wife nor would they fit anyone on my team. The company told me to wash them and they would stretch. (really?? Now I am going to give out used masks?) There were no straps, there were cuts on the sides for ears. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges including shipping. They advised me to ship the items back to the company which I did. Yesterday, I received a " return to sender" from them which clearly defines the type of people I was really working with. My wife took one look at the masks and said, you've got to be kidding me, you CANNOT give these out as gifts they are terrible. We will see how this plays out, stay tuned for more reviews from me. EDIT: I disputed the charge and I won. I don't know why they would think I would remove my "honest and accurate" review. I am also a small business owner so don't preach to me. Because you are a family business does not mean people who buy your junk cannot not complain or file disputes. You sent the masks back so I had to dispute the charge. Gloves were off and I won. Here, hold my mouthpiece while I hold up my belt.

I don't even know where to start. Adam and Jocelyn are absolute ANGELS who managed to put out a perfect product with imperfect instruction (on my end). They truly pulled me out of a hairy situation and made me look like a rockstar to my client. 10/10 recommend these folks. Really a delight to work with as well.

Custom Threadz was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. I will definitely be using them again. This was my first order and I asked them to print matching Pride t-shirts for me and my mom. When I sent them the design, I could feel how excited they were to help me and my mom celebrate and I knew that they would go out of their way to make sure the shirts looked great (which they did!). It was nice to have a personal connection with my printing/graphics company on such an important day. I highly recommend Custom Threadz for any of your custom designs.
