I don't know about the other reviews but I always had a nice experience with them never had any issues always been able to talk to them ask them questions in regards to their products I have even asked them if they will have certain products in the future they always answer me nicely I always received me nicely to the store and I've noticed that this store has very good prices compared to other stores that I've gone to that are within the area so from me they get five stars.

I wrote a post regarding how awful this business treated me. Then the owner said I had the wrong business. I quickly edited and removed post. I hardly ever review a business an did not want to make a mistake. I have since verified that this is the hydroponic store I was at. The clerk is rude and even told me he did not need my business.

Asked owner for recommendation for replacement water pump. Went with his recommendation. Pump was inadequate. Next day owner refused ro refund would only upgrade for 2x's the price. He accused us of using his small business like Amazon to come in and try different pumps until one works. We did nothing like that, we went with his recommendation. Very combative. Owner claims review is of another location. How dishonest! My receipt says otherwise.
