The pharmacist Ezekiel was terrific. Fast, efficient, and friendly! He was all alone when I got my 2nd Covid-19 vaccine. He was slammed with people getting their vaccines and prescriptions, but he stayed friendly the whole time. Great attitude and great customer service!!!

I decided to get my medication here because I trust on Publix and I thought that the pharmacy is going to have the same quality and good customer service. Usually people at pharmacy are nice, they have one old white dude who is always on bad mood but I'm ok with that because one thing if be grumpy and another have a nasty attitude. I went today to pick up my medicine and two people were there, both with horrible nasty attitude. I couldn't believe that people like that are working on a store what I thought cares for customers. I endured the woman's attitude but the man there really make me feel 100% unwelcome. I'm super disappointed, I can't wait to move my business to another place. At this point I believe that any place could give you a little more care about you.

Walk-In Care is a telemedicine service available at select Publix Pharmacy locations that connects customers with a licensed healthcare professional in real time. Publix partners with hospitals around the Southeast to provide Walk-In Care, a third-party service. Walk-In Care offers treatment for non-emergency medical issues such as allergies, sinus infections, earaches, bug bites, colds, and more. Available for patients ages two and older. The Moderna vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are available to eligible individuals ages 18+ at Publix Pharmacy locations. The Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 12+ at all in-store Florida Publix Pharmacy locations and select Publix pharmacies in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Tennessee, while supplies last. The pediatric Pfizer vaccine is available to eligible individuals ages 5–11 at select Publix pharmacies, while supplies last. Publix has a limited supply of the pediatric Pfizer vaccine.
