Went in to buy some brad nails, they had a great selection. When I went to check out they had 3 cashier's, when the first one got done he just ran off. When the second one got done he buried his head in the computer and ignored everyone else. The gentleman in front of me just walked off, I walked around and stood in front of the cashier on the computer, after 5 minutes he acknowledged I was there and wanted to know what I wanted. It would almost be better to go to the big box store because you expect this treatment from them.

I shop this local hardware store when I can. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and know the location of items (even the most obscure items I look for). They also are appropriately staffed. I have not waited more than a couple minutes for assistance. Highly recommend!

Don, Ron, skip, and Chris i’ve always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I would bet that you can’t be in the store for more than 15 seconds without an employee asking if they can help you find something. I absolutely love stores like this. They know how to keep a customer for life. They do a fantastic job on small engine repair and blade sharpening. If they don’t have it, they know where to get it
