I live in these apts 12 to 15 yrs they remodeling I'm homeless now they said we will help you with a moving truck no my brother took my stuff to storage I almost have blue fingers they left me 8 months no refrigerator and dishwasher because they had different owners take over last 2 yrs them remodeling I live here many many years they don't care put people on the street the neighbors I had upstairs, nextdoor they moved out 2 yrs ago but when they made me homeless they had those new same neighbors different people move out why I thought they remodeling the apt 2 I would not live here if I was you until they are fully remodeled why they had my neighbors move for no reason to replace them new neighbors then have them move out I love living there 12 plus yrs but last 2 yrs I have no idea what they are doing besides I'm homeless Lost 3/4 th of my stuff after 12 yrs

The clubhouse is a great space. I love the lounge upstairs and the gym and of course the pool! The maintenance is great at keeping everything clean and work requests are done quickly! The office staff is great to work with you have the impression that they truly care for the residents especially Dominic. She is a real pleasure to work with and is always more then happy to help with anything! I can't say enough about their sense of customer service and professionalism!

They do not care for your well being period. I ended up locking myself out of my apartment Friday afternoon at around 6:00 pm. I called the emergency maintenance # and asked if they could let me into my apartment. I was told that they couldn’t help me because the office was closed. So in turn I had to spend the night on the streets. And continued to do that through the next day. I called back again the next day and asked if I could provide them with photo id and my name on the lease and In return they allow me into my apartment that I pay to live in. I once again was met with “you will have to wait until the office opened back up on Monday morning”. I’m extremely disappointed in this complex and am extremely happy that my lease is up coming next month. Because I wouldn’t sign another month to this complex even if it was free. Im editing this review in response to the owners comment. The point of a review is to review so if you have a problem about a complaint don’t blame it on the user. Saying okay after being told there is nothing that can be done and that calling a locksmith was my only option doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t have stayed out for almost 48 hours if I planned on calling a locksmith. Don’t dismiss a review for being a review.

I have been living here for almost a year now. It has been great. The area is quiet and peaceful. I'm only 2 minutes away from the huge dog park, which is a huge plus. I have a puppy and my down stairs neighbour tells me he has never heard him running or playing. The floors have to be cement if thats the case. I have never had an issue with over hearing my neighbors. The size of the homes are great and huge especially with the price of rent being low. The manager is very understanding and helps when and however she can. All in all this community has been great. I am glad I chose this as my first home away from my parents!
