I love how these apartments are so close to the freeway. It gives a calm sound if you leave your window open at night. Lawn maintnance is always done weekly or more. If you leave a message with manager or maintnance they are here that day or the next morning. We did have a basketball hoop but had issues with it but kids don’t seem to mind, they still love playing there. And a major plus is if you have kids they always have someone to play with and the ice cream (3 different ones) come almost every day except rainy days. Even though it’s very close to the base you don’t hear the planes like you think you would. And lastly the garbage is compacted 2-3 times a day so if you hear a loud sound don’t be surprised 😁😁

For the neighborhood, it's not a bad place to live especially given the price. The surrounding area is REALLY bad, but Springtree Apartments have quite a few families and not quite as many major issues. We lived here for a year and never had anyone mess with our vehicle or any real theft or crime issues. Dan the office manager was amazing and we had our maintenance issues addressed within hours, or even minuets.

since the apartments we're taken over in Nov. 18. My stars go from 1 to 5. Yes rent increases a little but not crazy and with the change going on around here its worth it. Our issues are now being addressed immediately. We are taken seriously. Dan in the office is awesome. Someone broke into our car over the weekend he wasted no time getting the cameras viewed and called us with information. When I put in a work order on my dishwasher and fridge that didn't work right since I moved in Aug. 17 they were fixed the next day?!

I pay 975 for a 2 bedroom. That's with a 6 month approx 50 for water and my highest power bill was 150$.
@David did they recently give you a 20 day notice?? July /Aug?
875 for a 2 bed.
