They towed my car after I called asking them repeatedly for the form to fill out to get my parking permit. REPEATEDLY. Now only that but the gate is always broken. There’s a mountain of trash. The offices has lost numerous forms that I have given them. We have a broken window from the children that we have had over a year. This is by and far the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of living

Garbage heap (literally) joke of a place, with imbecilic management. I’ve looked past the zero amenities. Looked past the fact you cannot order anything, as they will not accept packages. Looked past the mountains of garbage. Looked past the subpar maintenance. Looked past the useless washing machines. Looked pass a gate that is broken every 3 seconds. Looked past the passive aggressive letters. Over 5 years, i have paid rent on time without fail. Have followed rules. Kept our place tidy. And never once added to their trash pyramid built every week in the back. I go to work and keep to myself. All while looking past everything. They do not provide documentation like receipts when asked. The final straw is when we asked repeatedly for a parking permit for a newly purchased car which we were promised was fine until the temp tags expired. Only to find the vehicle towed while we were at work. Is it maliciousness? Is it incompetence? Both? Whose to say, but this place and their management? Belongs in the heap out back.

Gabby, Has been an amazing Property manager to work with! when i was looking for an apartment she was extremely helpful! My company also has the privilage of working with her on site and to see the difference and changes made in such a short period of time has been remarkable. I can say with 100% certainty that Gabby is one Property manager that puts her tenants and property first!

Gabby in management is the absolute best. She cares about her tenants whole heartedly. Also, in the 4 years I lived here I haven't seen anyone put in an effort like her. Going above and beyond. Caring for the people and kids here, mine as well. Getting rid of the abandoned vehicles on the property, taking care of the electrical circuits and power units that probably haven't been touched since 1500s 🙄🤣 and remodeling the laundry room in the big building. We hope she stays for at least as long as we are here lol.
