I love this store and all the Employee’s! They are so friendly and helpful! Living just down the street they are my go to hardware store. I highly recommend them!

Sarah was a great help with helping us with our indoor plant questions, really everyone there are super nice. It’s not as crazy busy as what you’d expect from larger chain home improvement stores. Great experience. Thank you!

This store hired an autistic person and when the gentleman ate a chocolate bar he had yet to pay for, they fired him and refuse to allow him to pay for the chocolate bar or rectify the situation. He has apologized profusely and begged for his job back. The job gave him self confidence, independence and work experience to become a self sufficient adult while navigating his daily activities with disabilities. This store will never receive another penny of my hard earned money and I am ashamed that these managers live in our community they claim to "serve". What a disgrace of a company to treat someone like this.

I always try McLendons first before the bigger chains. McLendons is local and their stores are well stocked with a broad range of tools/garden center/paint/lumber/lighting/grilling/building/cleaning items. They have a house set up in the middle of the store to show off finishes and options and my 9 year old is always amazed by its existence. Their seasonal plant section has downsized with the colder temps, but they have some gems and more rare plants that show up at times. I considered marking them down a star as it seems like I hear, "we used to carry that" a lot when I go in (An AC to DC power adapter, molding hooks, light bulb) but I'm going to chalk it up to COVID related and other supply chain weirdness. Their employees are friendly and helpful. There is a bunny that lives in the garden section outdoors! If anyone from McLendon's in Tacoma reads this - please rescue your Fiddle Leaf Fig. It hurts me to see it struggling with 4 or five leaves. 😪

Hi Clayton, not sure where you are looking? Our Google listing has our hours listed, and our website hours can be found here: https://www.mclendons.com/locations
Have not heard
From what I can find online, Quickrete makes ~ 0.15 ft^3 per 20lb bag.
@david caccia I don't believe they do.
I think mclendon does do it
Masks
McClendons, especially retrofit stuff. You will just pay more. I think they are expensive.
Mclendon's should have the part You need they have the stuff others don't carry

Hello, Are you inquiring about alder wood chips for grilling? We stock Traeger brand alder wood pellets, and solid alder grilling planks at the Tacoma store, but not chips generally. Calling our stores directly is the best way to find out if a product is in stock or able to be ordered. Thanks for the inquiry. https://www.mclendons.com/locations
Try calling the store, you have a better chance of talking to an actual person at the store that way.
John, thanks for reaching out to us! I apologize, we have been going through a SKU conversion, and some of the titles in our system are unclear. I have included a link below for the item. It is a 25 lb. box of #9 x 3 in. Coarse Dual-Thread Composite Deck Screws in Brown. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else! https://www.mclendons.com/69535-PrimeGuard-Plus-9-x-3-in-Coarse-Dual-Thread-Composite-Deck-Screws-Brown-1-350-Pack.aspx
Yes. McLendons have the best, and, most complete selection of canning equipment.
Are you asking about the little toy ones by the register?
Yep
As long as it can be charged as credit or debit, you should be good to go. You can always call ahead just to check and make sure. They are very friendly. :D
I'm not certain exactly but when I recently purchased a few items they said I could return the ones that I didn't need with a receipt. So there are at least some returns allowed.
They do have some.
Polypropylene has many forms and uses. This question is very vague and I don't think it's relevant to this business.
