So this 2nd Chance Apartment agency is not about 2nd chances. This is what they cannot do: Based on new apartment criteria we are not able to help with the following: People or families that make less than $3000 per month combined. Broken Leases, Evictions, Property Debts, and Bankruptcies under 2 years old. Felonies under 10 years old. Misdemeanors under 2 years old. Our goal is to help as many people as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot help everyone. So really ... a person that needs a 2nd chance has to be where before they qualify for this assistance????

its a good place, I been here for 13 Years and never regret moving in.and like many places is got pros and cons.... Pros>> management,units and maintenance good👍utilities(electric and gas not expensive) Cons >> PARKING... some neighbors do not respect this arrangement, although there is no assigned spaces ,by logic the space in front of your unit it kinda belongs to you right? but some duchebags "pardon my french" neighbors the take they're space and 2 or 3 more because they have half a dozen cars due to the extra "un official guests" that staying whit them. and kids and adults throwing the trash outside of the dumpsters even though they are empty... other than that it's a good place 🙂
