I was just wondering how long can someone have a guest stay with them?? Most apartments it's 7 to 14 days

I have tried calling this place for 7 days and left messages and all of a sudden I get an application in my email. I haven't been offered to see anything, and NO ONE CALLS ME BACK!!!!! Not EVER!!!! AND ALSO HOW CAN I FILL OUT AN APPLICATION WHEN I HAVE NOT SEEN WHAT IS AVAILABLE OR EVEN BEEN TOLD WHAT THE RENT IS?? I AM GOING TO TRY TO FIND OUT IF THERE IS A PARENT COMPANY BECAUSE THIS COMPLEX NEVER EVER EVER NEVER CALLS YOU BACK! I TRIED BEING A VENDOR. I TRIED BEING A RESIDENT. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING - DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK THERE DURING THE DAY? I WILL TAKE THIS HORRID REVIEW DOWN WHEN SOMEONE CALLS ME BACK!!!!

Maintenance is not maintaining the apartments. When something breaks they will always try to blame the resident. The building materials are cheap, so things break all of the time. They try to make the resident pay for repairs to the apartment, even though they own it! Management stinks, and that is putting it nicely.
