Punjabi apt complex. If you're any other race they allow the residents to harras you, allow residents to threaten your life, get mad at you for not reporting residents they want evicted and orchestrate parking so you have to walk a half mile to your apartment when you don't help the discrimination

AVOID RENTING HERE. Our air conditioner leaked for several days before maintenance came to fix it. They said they would send a carpet cleaner, that never happened. The carpet was already in dire need of replacement when we moved in, but this incident left it mildewy & damp for the rest of our stay here. After we moved out, they have the audacity to charge us $800 for carpet replacement. The apartments are dated, dingy, and dirty; prices are EXTREMELY high for the poor quality of these apartments. The common areas have many off leash dogs & dog/cat waste is scattered everywhere. There are always issues with the gates & keys which are never completely fixed, and maintenance treats it as an unsolvable puzzle. After several attempts to get a working key, I gave up. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Seriously, this place is gross & untrustworthy. You will be very disappointed if you end up renting here.
