Updating as incidents occur or things get better *latest at bottom* *mid 2021* Didn’t have water for 4 days & they wouldn’t reimburse the days affected. They “tried” but the amount did not equate the days affected & refused a higher credit because they were already being “courteous” to even credit us some because “everything else was working.” Handed a Rent increase right after. *Smoke detector was expired for 5 years when we first moved in. *early 2022* Had an Inspection (totally ok) and was told there was “discoloration” on my windowsill. I was confused but was instructed to use a mix of water and bleach for the “discoloration” (Mold) 🤦🏽♀️ .The windows could truly benefit from dual pane windows instead of the single pane that collect humidity and tremble when the jets take off, & of course waste energy. The same day, Star took a photo of my Ring Doorbell/doorway. Figured she’d find a way to take that away. It is now an “invasion of privacy”. My camera angle only shows my entryway. But ok. *Early to Mid 2022* Hard times hit just as we were selected for housing assistance. Management did everything they could to not have to accept it. Gave a run around for months. Claimed they would begin to charge for water and sewer (myself and neighbors had yet to be informed of such changes apparently)They refused to put those words on paper, claimed they didn’t know how to fill out the paperwork despite the instructions on the front, delayed communication, rescheduled appointments, so much BS until I was forced to report them to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Truly didn’t want to but they pushed me to that point. Suddenly communication was easy and the paperwork was processed quickly. *eyeroll* Was never planning to use the housing assistance long term, blessings have been coming our way (Thank our almighty God), but I’ve never been more disgusted by such gross behavior. Neighbors are good, great people who share the same dislike for management. I’m not crazy. These are all unfortunate experiences.

Seem like new people are in office and it’s way better. They help and issues get taken care of quickly and the maintenance guy is fast and knowledgeable. Always clean around, just wish they had kept more trees around when they cut them. Been here about 3 or 4 years already.

The townhome's in Palm Lakes are 2 & 3 bedrooms & they are individually owned, so rent varies largely depending on how long of a lease you sign. Currently I stay in a 2 bed 2 bath and pay $795, 12 month lease.
