Very bad service I bought shoes a day ago for 200$ And wanted to get a refund or to exchange, I wasn’t able because it was a carbon shoe, the manger wasn’t mentioned it when I purchased it, there is a note but I didn’t notice, it’s against the law. Was dishonest. Disappointed.

This is a very good store for running or walking shoes and equipment with pretty good prices. The customer service gives you a personalised feel, and they pay attention to the details! Worth the time to get there especially if you want Brooks.

Why do we keep coming back?? Because of the excellent service!! After moving to Los Angeles we needed new running shoes....what to do? Google "Running shoes Los Angeles" and 59 MILLION results came up..... Who cares about all of those results when iRun & Company has all our purchase history on file and will send new shoes nationwide!
