Thank you for your question Delorise. Our applicants are screened through a third party partner and decisions are based on their (credit & criminal screening) results. Onsite teams do verify income, employment and rental history. We also work with third party companies that act as lease guarantors should an applicant qualify and get approved through them. Mice not in the apts there are cst that hunt the mice. some roaches mainly in the kitchen but managable keep the area clean and you should be fine

The elementary school is Ralph Eickenroht off Ella and Grand Point Rd. The office staff will also give you a sheet with the schools the kids are zoned to in the area if you ask them.
