Renters Beware, this complex was very disappointing. First, the unit itself is in need of serious repairs. We had several plumbing leaks that damaged our furniture. Rancho Sierra uses cheap paint over their sinks and counters that will begin to peel away within days of normal cleaning. Our unit had single pane windows with visible gaps in the frame, so it was very loud and inefficient. My children would often wake up throughout the night due to car alarms going off or neighbors talking outside. Our apartment would also often smell like marijuana even though we don't smoke. Bugs were also an ongoing problem. Bees and other insects would routinely crawl through the gaps in our window frames. Appliances such as the refrigerator and AC unit also had major reliability issues. The other main concern was that the buildings are not marked in a visible way. On two occasions we had armed police officers bang on our door while mistakingly responding to a dv call in another unit. I also had a cps worker leave notes on my door that were intended for another unit. We received many packages that were intended for neighbors and had some of our packages go missing. This issue was completely dismissed after reporting it to management on multiple occasions. Management does not give notice before scheduling work on the building. It was not unusual to hear chainsaws or hammering at 7:45am. Although this was only a minor inconvenience, it was very difficult for my husband who works nights. Our neighbors were great and I think the apartment manager is a very nice person. Unfortunately, I would not be able to recommend this apartment complex, and I would avoid Royal T Management all together after the negative experience that we had.

Amy is amazing. Always works with you to get things taken care of. She’s so nice and understanding too. I like her out of the managers I have been with. I Hope they recognize the work she has truly put in around here !

THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS AWFUL TO LIVE HERE. THEY NICE TALK TO YOU THEN YOU REALIZED IS WASN'T WHAT YOU THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. EVERYTHING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENT BILL. IF YOU GET EVICTED OR ANY SORT THEY WILL LOCK IT AND IF YOU HAVE A DOG THEY WILL LET THEM GO/OUT SO BE CAUTIOUS WHERE YOU END UP. THIS ALL HONESTY!!!!
