Excellent Physician and friendly staff. Dr Winters has his specialties and is known for treating sports teams. Been a patient since 10 years ago and happy his business is running smoothly from the day I met him for an auto accident until again today for painful knees. You won't find anyone better. You can tell he loves what he does. Those are the best of the best! He explains everything in easy terms for a patient, he gives options, he's not pushy, he's just the top caliber in his specialty.

Fantastic old school Ortho - and I mean that endearingly. My pregnant wife and I visited him 2.5 weeks after a fracture, they performed x-rays, examined her, re-casted the ankle, and performed the emergency surgery the next day due to her pregnancy. Really cares about his patients.

Questions & Answers

Does he do knee replacement for over weight people.

"Overweight" is relative. There is a chart with the horid word obese on it, several levels of obesity as well. I think the bigger question is, what's the point of having a surgery and going through rehab to only injure it again IF weight is the contributing factor? IF. I had knee surgery 15 years ago, I WAS "morbidly" "obese" (loved THAT) and my knee is still going strong! Make an appointment, ask. You never know and no, I do not work for him. Lol 😘
