I got to an emergency room with the broken foot end of the August. In emergency room I was given care and referred to the specialist that didn’t except my insurance. I attended this specialist who told me to come back in 3 weeks for the follow up which would mean me paying for an X-ray and a visit out of pocket! So I found Hill Orthopedic center and scheduled a follow up appointment with this clinic which excepted my insurance “with a referral from my PCP”. I Waited for 3 weeks, got a referal and came to the hill orthopedic center! When I was taken in, I was immediately told that they can’t see me because…” they are not allowed to remove my boot that was given to me in another place!!!” BOOT WAS REMOVABLE AND I was allowed to remove the boot every night and to take shower. Boot on a VELCRO that can be removed in 5 seconds and put back! They said they "can’t touch me for 90 days after someone placed that boot"! And told me to go back to the place where the boot were placed. (Emergency room ???) stupidity and rudeness were beyond believe. So I had to go back to an emergency room to check how it was healing! Stuff in emergency room also had no idea why someone “can’t remove a removable boot and make sure everything is healing properly”. I didn’t get to see Dr HILL. I’m sure he is a great doctor that unfortunately too busy to know that his office stuff ruining his business reputation due to their poor knowledge. I doubt there were such policy. Most likely unknowlegeble office stuff that mistaked my shoe for something else.

This place is the biggest joke on earth. I had an appointment two weeks ago, met with the Doctor, who was great… then as soon as I was finished I was told to wait for a call from the MRI imaging place to schedule an appointment and since then I haven’t heard from them. Every time I call dr.Hills office they say they sent it over that day but the imaging office has absolutely no record. I have been forwarded, hung up on, ignored and haven’t had one voicemail returned. I’ve even called the “owner” Jose, who’s number I found in these reviews and of course, no return from him either. I’m in so much pain and just need MY medical information. Absolutely disgusting.

The doctor Hill is great. The office staff sucks, they are unhelpful and dismissive. Forget trying to get them to fill out any forms for insurance. They will charge you fast and play clueless to hand over what you paid for. Dealing with them is worst than the injury. Go somewhere else.

Dr Hill very professional best doctor but staff very unprofessional and rude. Phone not working for several weeks trying to make appointment for my mom then when I go to the office they don’t know what going on with the phones they know there is a problem but who cares Terrible service..,.,,
