I have lived here for about 5 years! I have totally enjoy living here! The units are very large and spacious! Work request are promptly attended to, the staff is always super pleasant and very helpful, the grounds are always extremely neat, well lit, and it doesn't get more secure than having the police live right up under you. The security gates are always working and well maintained, notice is always giving any time they will be working on the property. It's quiet and safe! No pest issues, and we have a small dog who we walk regularly, the grounds are maintained and not covered in poop! The maintenance guys even knows our dog's name and are always helpful! The gym is always clean and a pleasant place to be. I have lived in Texas for 17 years and this has been by far my favorite apartment complex.

Residents have to sit trash 🗑 at there front door for staff to dispose. This makes an interesting buffet for ants, pigeons and rodents.

Moved in and it hasn’t even been 2 weeks yet and they’ve already threatened to tow my car and place trash back into my apartment. This is not how new members of an apartment should be treated. Staff is rude , not everyone , but most. This is the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in. I want to move out already and we have just moved in. If I would have known it was going to be this way I would have NEVER in my right mind moved in. Do not live here if your new and you’re thinking of getting an apartment they will treat you like criminals. Poor communication, poor customer service, poor everything. This is supposed to be a fresh start for some people , a new chapter in life and instead it’s just more chaos tagged on too an already horrible 2020.
