Hey Carlos, wow I've never had that experience and I completely understand your frustration. In my experience, the folks who work at publix are super accommodating, beyond helpful and truly friendly. All considerations, simply call the Publix you visited or drop by and explain your situation to customer service. Be sure to include you were already having a bad day.. I am certain they will do what it takes to rectify the mistake made. Please let me know how they correct their mistake. I truly hope your day gets better.
