I recently filled out an application for cobblestone in Arlington for what I read the the application fee is nonrefundable and the admin fee is refunded if denied which I was denied now I’m having a problem getting my admin fee back I didn’t have a problem paying the fees but if it states that I would be refunded There shouldn’t be a problem with refunding me money so I can look for another place it’s understood no refund application but it’s a problem if you can’t refund admin fees so I wouldn’t apply on the hopes on them doing the right thing at this particular complex

We had a 3:30 appt for a tour of the property and no one was there. I made the appt same day, spoke to a person, received an email confirmation and no one showed. Terrible customer service.

I feel very happy because they gave us a special treatment and great attention, I already made my move and we are very happy to belong to the cobblestone apartments. The maintenance has been excellent, they have solved our problem very quickly, thank you very much
