This is insane how bad this place has gotten, The old management use to be on top of things , they have raised our rent but consistently put our safety in jeopardy. The lights under the carports do not work the light post by the stairs are broken and knocked over tonight my friend tripped and fail and had to go to urgent care. She plans to sue now, I'm not claiming her med bills on my renter insurance, its the property that is to blame. When you have cement poles that are supposed to be lights knocked over and its to dark to see your responsible, SO get ready because urgent care sent her to er . Hopefully they will wake up and realize you cant charge people 1500 a month and then put their safety at risk, these poles have been like this for over 4 months now

Pool closures are common in the hot Arizona summers here at Highland, wether it’s been COVID or maintaince…there always closed. Open during the winters tho😂 it obviously costs the apartment complex to much money to run and maintain them. You are still expected to pay rent and common water fees when closed too.

So far I love living at The Highland! I was able to do a walk-in tour on the same day and was told upfront about the pricing/move in costs which I appreciate! The move in itself was super easy as the office had everything ready for me when I arrived. The apartment was cleaned before, had a few minor issues but maintenance came and fixed those fairly quickly. Have had some bugs but with the monsoon season here it is expected especially for being on the first floor. Neighbors above are a tiny bit loud but nothing to complain about. The complex itself is very quiet despite being so close to the highway. I’ve never had an issue with mail being stolen and feel very safe walking around at night by myself if need be!

I just moved out of this complex, and I was very sad leaving! :( I lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment and had not ONE issue with my unit in the entire year living here! When we moved in the apartment was SPOTLESS, and I could tell the PM and maintenance definitely took the time to ensure their new residents were moving into a clean and welcoming environment! I personally LOVED the architecture of my unit and I would have absolutely renewed my lease, however I could not find a new roomate in time and wanted to find a studio so I would no longer need to live with roommates for the time being personally. I would 100% move back to this property again, and will always look back at my time there fondly! :)

To apply and reserve and apartment home you would pay you application fee of $50/person and a security deposit that varies depending on apartment size.
