The fact they promised me a unit. I paid for a deposit. Suddenly it wasn't available but another was for more money per month. I had to threaten to contact the attorney Generals office to report a bait and switch scam for the unit to suddenly be available again. Also to go off the others person. They charge a 3-4 dollar fee for this conservice statement. Even if you don't get paper statements.
Bed bugs. For months. And roaches. They don't care. Don't move here. It has literally been hell since I got here and they have threatened me with contacting their lawyer because I have to email 50 times a day to get any answers out of them to resolves the bed bugs and roaches. Not to mention it took them five months to fix my shower head that only took five minutes to fix. They still haven't addressed several other requests, I've given up on! They do not care, unprofessional and RUDE!

Rent is taxed at 2.3%, utilities are allocated into your monthly statement as well as renters insurance if you don't have your own policy, and lastly trash pickup fee. So yeah your rent probably us 556 but after taxes, utility allocation, and fees I can see it being $800+. Read the breakdown on your Conservice statement. Also all of this is discussed on the first page of your lease. You shouldn't be signing documents you don't understand.
