I enjoy living in this community. The location & amenities are perfect! In addition, extremely convenient to come and go anywhere plus great shops in the area. Building is kept meticulously clean and in good working order. My apartment has a great layout with modern design throughout with plenty of light coming through the big glass windows. The management staff are the best, very attentive, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any problems. Tim, the property manager, always goes above and beyond to try and make our living here the best experience possible. The maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and prompt. I also like the fact that everything can be done online (paying rent, submitting a service request, etc.) on their portal. I have nothing but positive things to say about Audere. I would highly recommend living here, if you are looking for a place to call home.

Today was the last straw with this place. I have only made it through half my lease and there has been nothing but problems. Latest problem is having someone for the third time, park in my parking spot and not being able to have them towed right away. How are you going to be on contract will a towing company who is free to roam the property whenever they want but resident’s can’t call to have a car towed themselves when they have someone in their parking spot that they pay for monthly? Don’t move here. Save yourself the trouble

Throughout our tenancy at Audere we only had issue after issue. Our top issue was we had rodents living in the walls of our apartment for the entirety of our lease. The rodents caused a terrible smell, made noise and attracted insects. The apartment did not take us seriously which lead us to move out at the end of our lease. Parking is a huge issue at Audere. There is not enough parking for residents and guest spots are very limited. Numerous times my guest's vehicles were towed because of the lack of parking. Audere will also charge you for every little thing. Once we moved out we cleaned and left the apartment in the condition we received it minus any normal wear and tear. They charged us over $500 for clean up fees which I tried to dispute with the Apartment manager but was instead sent a letter from a lawyer demanding I pay. I have lived in other apartments in the Central Phoenix Area and have never had an experience like this. If you can avoid living here, I would strongly suggest it.

August 15, I found a 7 INCH RAT t in my apartment on the 4th Floor. Feces and urine all over the apartment, chewed up cables and ruined dresses, with a potential biological threat. Rats carry very potent diseases such as plague and leptospirosis, yet the Banner management seemed not to weight much about what happened as one of the employer Jason said: "I add you the waiting list for the pest control" with the least concern. Since nobody showed up in my apartment, I took out the box (rat nest) out my apartment (shown below) the rat ran around the corridors of 4th floor (thankfully nobody opened a door), moments later (with the maintenance personnel present) I caught the rat with my golf club as the maintenance personnel was being entertained by the " funny moment". Tonight I heard some rattling going on in the ceiling, just as last night and I have no good feeling about it. I have lived I three other communities in two different states in five years and I never had an issue, not even when I was away for two months. This only underlines a lack of maintenance and pest control (payed every month regularly). I even found faces in the bathroom in the sink and the last picture is the faces remains outside the corridor which were not even cleaned properly after the rat run. There was so much smell that it was impossible to live in, I had to use 5gallons of chlorine to clean everything up.. I contacted the health department and they are starting an investigation about this episode as this can truly be a biological threat for the whole community. Response to Reply ----- On the contrary, as you are aware, I am leaving Audere community by voluntarily breaking the lease agreement with penalty. Nobody as ever denied access to the apartment; instead, before leaving, I kindly asked to change AC filters while gone. Its has been 5 years that I am leasing apartments in three different states, and in all the other communities maintenance people entered in my apartment promptly to do necessary routine checks and nothing has ever happened. I never wrote nor say not to come into my apartment for the period gone, because its against the policy and my interest; and, if this simple maintenance tasks would have been followed upon my request, this could have been easily preventable. Secondly, water was pumping, as I payed a bill for every month I was away. I feel once again discriminated, and you know the reasons.
