unfortunately I was very excited to book a class but had a very tiring experience, without even participating. I arrived 14 minutes late, due to not being familiar with the area & it being my first commute. I came late & was told I wouldn’t be able to partake in the class due to the instructor almost finishing stretches. I was told I would have to pay $15 to gain a credit that I can use another time. It took the whole joy in the experience away, also knowing my travel and efforts to make it were no taken into consideration. None the less, i wasn’t able to take the class but do hope others that participate enjoy it. -Dominique

I used to go to Body and Pole whenever I visited NYC, but I am a convert to Foxy Fitness ad Pole. Instead of overbooked classes and rude instructors, Foxy offers really great, more personal instruction that focuses on each student/client.

Amazing! Just had my bachelorette party here yesterday and we had so much fun! There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room! Wasn’t bad at all for only having 5 poles because we all took turns and were able to watch and rest/drink/snack in between. Cassie was our instructor and was super friendly, fun, helpful and experienced! Wish I lived in NYC so I could come here more often. Highly recommend!
