I swear im only saying this,to warn everone not to rent from here because the manager nd management here is extra bad...they will try to squeeze u 4 every lil dollar they can even when u already moved out, not only that be having good tenants and treat treat them with no respect....Oh yeah there employees even hate there jobs there..plus they also have mad roaches i mean I'm telling you do not rent here.

This place has very poor customer service & doesn’t answer emergency maintenance request. The front office doesn’t reply to emails within72 hours. Half of the appliances were broken and outdated in my apartment prior to me moving in. They won’t come and fix any of these item. They wouldn’t even let me do a walk thru prior to my move in abs his is my second month here I would not suggest this as a place to stay especially for the cost alone isn’t worth the mishaps of the property they don’t change the trash and it codes the environment to smell very bad and trash to blow everywhere Wouldn’t recommend this as the stop

Just make sure you get a third floor apartment unless you like banging, pounding, two year olds running and jumping 24/7 with people walking around while wearing work boots starting at 7pm through the early AM. No courtesy at all to quiet your steps at night. Lastly, make sure you don't work and need sleep. Three stars are for I love my apartment and management is very nice and friendly but This is living hell for the rest of the year until my lease is up. I can take music blaring here and there or this stuff happening during the day; People got to live there life after all. Yet at night when the day is winding down nothing is so intrusive as vibrations like that. It overpowers anything and everything and most importantly you cannot sleep. When it's not happening and I have two minutes of peace I'm tensed up waiting for it, and it does. Start up again. Absolute nightmare

I'm actually relocating to this apartment complex from california. I can tell you with the utmost certainty that the leasing staff are nothing but amazing. In the short time that I've been looking for apartments I came across this complex and the pictures fairly closely represent what you would see in person. What really did it for me was the leasing staff, the professionalism, courtesy, respect and willingness and ability to go above and beyond both in person and an email to make sure that everything was thoroughly explained. I want to give a special recognition and shout out to Valerie who has been nothing but phenomenal and amazing during this transition process for me from California to Arizona and she is so hardly the reason I ended up with this complex compared to other apartment complexes.
