The best thing about Cielo is the staff hands down. Everyone is helpful and friendly and takes all your concerns seriously. David M. is especially awesome!! He's attentive, extremely patient, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond assisting me and my daughter with a quick move-in, any questions or concerns we had during our lease, and provided helpful community resources for assistance through a financial gap. I've lived here for 1.5 years and really appreciate everyone from administrative staff to maintenance and have always been treated respectfully, and never dismissed as "just a tenant". I do wish the area was a better neighborhood. There are concerns with homeless people in the area but nothing dangerous. It's a relatively safe and very convenient location. I especially appreciated being in walking distance and just a short drive to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. The apt is near the light rail or a quick Lyft/Uber ride to the heart of Downtown Phoenix for nightlife and festivities. A few tips: These are older apartments, and with anything old there are issues like thin walls and routine maintenance, but the staff is on-point with communication. A lot of tenant have lived here for over 5+ years. Overall whether you're starting out or staring over, it's a good place to settle for a few years.

Just the right amount of space for a bachelor like me so I know for sure they can fit whatever needs you have for your family with no problem and make sure if you do go you ask for David all the staff is great but I just worked with David personally

Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived at! Moved in February 5, 2022 then broke our lease in March 2022. I am currently pregnant and the place is infested with roaches! Not a day goes by that I do not see one. I asked the neighbors if they had the same issue and they did. Our neighbor across us moved in the same day we did and also ended up leaving these apartments. Me and my boyfriend didn’t even have food in our cabinets and constantly kept cleaning thinking the roaches would go away but they didn’t. We also informed the office and followed through with pest control but it didn’t work. Also the people in the front office are very rude. When trying to break our lease it seemed impossible to find anyone in the office and Linda was the only person there who was very rude and couldn’t even give us the supervisors name. Stay away from this place I didn’t look up the reviews which I should have and saved my time.

Welcome to Cielo, the place with constant, random, water shut offs and roaches galore!!! Lived here for 6 months and dipped out. As an industry worker who goes to work at 5pm everyday this place made me late a number of times because of the random water shut offs that take hours. Do you really want to pay 1300 a month for place that charges you dirty water and PAINTS OVER ROACHES IN THE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS? please do not live here this place is a complete waste of money and you could be living in a more affordable and better quality place

There are multiple pools. I think they're always available to residents, regardless of the day.
They do not enforce the clean up after your animal rule that is clearly stipulated in your lease. But they will give you a 7 day notice to remove trash from your patio or receive a fine as clearly stipulated. Trash? Not a health hazard. It was a few items no big deal. I removed them immediately. But, animal feces, nah. No big deal. Management expects tenants with complaints about dog feces to follow the dog and owner. Go up to their front door and ask for their name and phone number and then AND ONLY THEN will they do anything. And the "assigned parking spaces" what a joke. Basically, park at your own peril. Pray that if you have any kind of life and accidentally come home late your "assigned parking space" is available. Even when you have the person that is in your space standing in front of you, call the office right? WRONG. The office will so nicely and politely tell you to inform that person to please use the uncovered spaces. What a joke.
I don't live there
Yes they have studios, I advise you not to move here as well
