***Don't Move Here*** It's been four years since I moved from W35th apts and I'm still dealing with a mess. In the short time that I lived there I had nothing but problems. I was served with frivolous parking notices and incurred usually high electric bills for my very small apartment. To make matters worst, when my lease ended and I decided to go month to month is when my problems began. Due to job changes I temporarily fell behind on rent and made arrangements for payment. This however wasn't enough for the leasing office, as they proceeded to file 4 separate eviction notices for past due rent and fees. Three of which I paid and satisfied per judge's order, while still a tenant. The fourth one however was the most egregious. They filed an eviction although they were given ample notice of my intent to vacate and received payment for my last months rent. Really?! You were paid. Now you're being malicious.

Save yourself the headache and don't sign a lease here. There aren't washers and dryers in the unit and the ones on the property almost never work. Management knows about the issue and hasn't escalated it to anyone above them. The rent has been raised without any added amenities and apparently they advertise this place as "luxury". Luxury where??? The only good thing about this property is the maintenance man.

Been at this complex for a couple of years, everything has been fantastic! The guys up front were a blessing when I was looking for a place, they really helped with the bind I was in. The service team there keeps the place pretty and clean and are also very prompt and timely in servicing things like broken toilets, down air conditioning, or fridges going out. Everyone there is wonderful and I tell everyone that I recommend living there.

Although I have a very heavy footed upstairs neighbor and screaming children nextdoor sometimes, the place is quiet most of the time. The apartments are a good size although I wish they had ceiling fans, and the management is literally the best part of the whole experience. Morey is the best manager I've ever met. The apartments are actually pretty nice and the appliances are brand new. The people are nice here and the pool is pretty cool, and the laundry room is probably the nicest laundry room I've ever used.
