Wonderful location; however, it is unlikely the security deposit will be returned when you leave. It is also quite probable you will be charged for replacement carpet. Create an extensive photo catalog of all carpet, walls, fridge, kitchen and even the trash receptacle area outside your door when you move out. After they refused to return the security deposit ($500), we emailed the office with our photos attached and their response was (paraphrased) pay the $400 for the carpet or we’ll turn you over to a collection agency. Don’t expect nice after you move out. Take more photos than you think are necessary so you aren’t charged $900 for an apartment you cleaned and left in good shape.

Best apartments I’ve live at by far The apartments are amazing. Been here 3 weeks and have never heard neighbors in other apartments. The grounds are kept immaculate and the pool is the nicest I’ve seen. The residents here are also extremely nice and helpful and the staff do an amazing job

Application process took way longer than expected. Kept having excuses as to why the application wasn’t moving forward as we provided all info needed. Income was the first thing asked for & provided, at the end of the weeks it took to look over they still haven’t calculated if we made 3x the rent. They don’t seem to care at this particular location. Good luck to anyone wanting a professional timely and honest process with acero north valley.

Excellent place to live! Acero's competent and friendly staff, well lit and secure community, smoke free environment, and all around cool vibe makes this a great living experience. I am directly above the dog park and have no complaints about playing dogs or their fur parents being overly noisy. Just good people living their best lives!
