When I found out that I was being transferred from New Jersey to Arizona for work I was fearful of the entire process. When looking for an apartment I probably called over 100 places in the greater Phoenix area. Without a close second, the most professional, timely, friendly, and knowledgeable representative was Sean Walsh, from the Tessera. He dealt with me nervously calling to make sure “nothing had changed” way too many times and did so with a smile. There were times he would even check up on me. It was due to his professionalism that I chose The Tessera to be my new home. I didn’t think Sean Walsh could impress me any more than he did during the contract and rental process, but he proved me wrong when it came time to move in. When I arrived he greeted me with a huge smile and keys in hand. He sat with me and went over every single detail (even the obvious ones) about the Tessera. Afterwards he gave me a full tour and I could not have been more impressed by the facility and the personal attention I was being given. It almost felt as if I was the only resident but then speaking with other residents I found out that EVERYBODY gets the 5 Star Treatment here from Sean and the entire Tessera staff. Once it was time to go to my apartment, Sean made sure I saw everything. Did I really need a half an hour explanation of a one bedroom apartment? Probably not, but not once did I feel I was asking anything dumb…I felt at home on Day 1, and that was due to the personalized attention I was given. If I could give this facility and Sean specifically 100 stars I would but sadly I am limited to five. I highly recommend anyone moving to the Valley reach out to Sean Walsh at “The Tessera.” He literally could have done 10% of what he actually did for me, and I still would have been impressed.

I'm coming up on a year living at the Tessera and since the beginning it has been a very enjoyable experience! So much so, that I just re-signed a new lease. Management is attentive and has made the transition process very smooth. What really stands out though is the maintenance staff. Tony specifically has been extremely helpful and kind while living here. Any time there has been an issue he is quick to respond and makes sure everything is resolved before leaving. The friendliness and security they exhibit makes living here an easy choice! Thank you Tony and team!

I moved into The Tessera on 11/30 and my experience has been out of this world. Brittany was super accommodating when I initially popped in for a leasing appointment and through move-in was extremely helpful with setting expectations. Heck. She even popped up after I got into the apartment to make sure things were up to par and if I needed anything. You don't get that at a lot of properties. I haven't been there more than 24 hours yet, but if my experience with the office staff and the few neighbors I've met is the norm, I anticipate it will be a good run!

I want to thank the Team of The Tessera Apartments for their dedication and hard work to personalize each of their clients experience. I am moving from out of state and have been looking for a place here in Arizona to call my new home to be closer to family. I inquired about your one bedroom apartment to tour and was met with a speedy response within 10 minutes of asking for more information about your property. I spoke to a team member named Brittany and we had a very personalized conversation. She was very pleasant to speak with and was very knowledgable of the property and it's surroundings. I toured this property with my son and he was also very pleased with our experience. The property was very clean, smelled amazing and felt like we were visiting a luxury resort. Our experience was met with compassion, empathy, joy and lots of laughter. Which well exceeded both mine and my sons expectations! The property alone had me sold! But then the welcome we received and the prompt replies to our questions sealed the deal! Working with Brittany so far during this tough time has made our home search such a delight and it has been such a breath of fresh air! I look forward to meeting the rest of the Tessera team on our future encounters.
