It's not the best. But I will say the office manager and staff are great. They do their best to help you, they are always polite and welcoming and really fast about getting work orders put in right away. If your looking for an inexpensive place to live that's of decent quality; you'll get that here. Although I do suggest those looking for studios will be best placed here. The 1 bedroom is not worth it. There is a Food City 1/2 mile away. Which provides rides home after shopping. And a small plaza at the 1st corner which has several small markets as well as a Chinese restaurant and a Americana style foods restaurant. Also the bus stop is right out front. All things that help if one has no transportation. Just don't expect too much. But overall it's better than a lot of other places in the valley.

Man in the office that is the manager is rude doesn’t even let you talk I would prefer if you to speak to someone speak to the lady because the guy talks to you like if he’s doing you a favor the only bad thing is that full of roaches

Originally I loved this place, but it took the maintenance men quite a few days to fix the issues and since day one I have been having issues with roaches and I'm told that no one else has roaches. I move from another state with no furniture and before I even move my boxes in I saw roaches. That is an issue for me and I will not be renewing my lease. It is convenient given i did not have much time but i originally thought it would be better. I try not to call in a work order because they never seem to have the part. The manager is nice and office staff is nice I just think things could be better.
