I loved the place, lived there for 3 years although when we were moving out they charged us for damages that we had reported to them on their move in check in list were already previously broken and patched before us moving in. Although upon move out they charged us for those damages.. I had complained about that upon the move out time since they stated we owed 351 on their final statement for damages. Jessica advised me that it was taken care of per they checked out first lease and saw the report of the previous patch work and it would be revised although come to find out they sent it to collections and never revised it. I had called them more then 5 times to resolve the amount, left voice mail and emailed them twice with confirmation that they got my email but still no response. This is very shady and bad business etiquette as I did everything I was supposed to and wanted to pay what I actually owed but refuse to pay for someone else's damages that were reported upon first lease move in.. Not worth the money they charge, and shady business practices..

The parking is horrible. Especially if you want to have guest even tho you pay a good amount. They will tow your car if you park in your drive way.

I lived here for 2 years in 2009, no issues and enjoyed every thing this property had to offer. I loved it so much and needed to rent again, so Im moving back and so excited.
