I need to correct a negative review that I wrote. I did not stay at this Hotel on June 6,2022. The review was supposed to be for the Holiday Inn Express in Raton, NM. I sure wish I had stayed at this Hotel. I want to apologize for the review and have Deleted it across all platforms. Please see the correct review for the Holiday Inn Express in Raton, NM. Thanks to Best Western Hotel for bringing this to my attention. They have a 4.7 rating which shows it is a great place to stay and they care about there customers by reaching out to them like they did me

Matthew is awesome. Breakfast was awesome, but we wished for stronger coffee. Comfy beds. Locking bathroom doors with actual vents! Warm, clean, large salt water pool! Maintenance was very helpful and prompt w two smaller issues. Large common area and nice restaurant on site. Lovely gift shop on site.

The beds were very comfortable after a long drive. Very clean and quiet room and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with many options. This was a short stay, but we will come again with our kids when traveling. There is a nice indoor pool with large courtyard area too.

Matthew was wonderful! We actually booked our room with him and then he also checked us in. He was incredibly thorough when he checked us in and also went over all the details of the room, internet, pool and restaurant. After we got to our pet friendly room, Matthew called us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was perfect to wear our kids out after a long car ride. The restaurant had great food choices. The breakfast was amazing and gets delivered to you in the morning, doesn’t get better than that! The pet friendly room was great and very clean. Everything about our stay was exceptional and we will definitely be back again!
