Positive: We always stay on our annual summer trip to and from Colorado. The reception/front desk staff are always great. This trip we had a car battery issue and several of the cleaning staff (all young women) volunteered to give our car a jump. Negative: My parents stayed on the 1st floor in one of the dog rooms, which are very conveniently located near the exit to the dog park area. Unfortunately, they were not pleased with the ¿smaller¿ room & felt like the carpeting was very stained & dirty.

“No more then 1 vehicle per room and only 1 parking space to be used!” was my greeting. We’re retired and have stayed in many hotels and NEVER had that greeting! Usually it’s, “thank you for being an IHG member”! Our room faced out the back of the hotel and there were 2 trucks with trailers taking up 7 spaces EACH! (Yes I counted and wondered what kind of greeting they got!) Exercise room closed! We got down to breakfast 45 mins before it should’ve ended (which was 9:30 on a Saturday!) however all there was, was scrambled eggs and potatoes. Pancake maker “out of order”, no hard boiled eggs, no yogurt, and no cinnamon rolls! Bread and bagels were in an uncovered bowl without any tongs, so if they try to say that the pancake machine was out of order due to health restrictions, that blows that outta the water! So NO I can not recommend this hotel and that desk employee needs to get a job she likes! I’ll be surprised if IHG posts this review!

Positive: The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Negative: The staff. We reserved adjoining rooms because we have little kids. They gave away our reserved rooms. We got rooms next to each other but not adjoining with a door. The fitness room & the business office was closed. All the vending machines were broken

Dang, I really liked the room. Had to stay here to get out of the white out blizzard. We had a pet room for us and our dog. It was pretty clean, everything is modern and up to date which I LOVED. I appreciated all the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It felt so clean and comfortable. I loved the pillows, the shower, etc. Breakfast was really good. They had Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, hot chocolate, pancakes, and a bunch if other stuff. Highly recommend. Good price.
